Please complete a separate form for each individual attending the meeting. The American Academy of HIV Medicine is the co-sponsor and will collect a fee for meeting materials. Registration fees are as follows:
$425.00 Early fee if registering prior to May 9, 2008
$525.00 Regular fee for registrations received between May 10 - August 4, 2008
$625.00 After August 4, 2008 and accepted onsite only
A one-day pass is also available for a daily rate of $160.00.
